    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
    • Identify and engage with prospective customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
    • Present and demonstrate Red Hat’s enterprise open source solutions, including Linux, hybrid cloud, edge, and Kubernetes technologies.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and professional services, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data for pipeline management and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the IT or software industry.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise open source technologies, Linux, cloud, or Kubernetes is highly advantageous.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
