Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead autobody maintenance technicians and operations.
- Ensure all autobody repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and equipment upkeep.
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall mission readiness.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for the autobody shop.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in autobody repair and maintenance.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of autobody repair techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a remote and demanding environment like Kwajalein.
