Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and optimize tooling equipment for various manufacturing processes.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all tools and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tooling malfunctions, implementing timely corrective actions.
• Ensure that all tooling meets stringent quality standards and operational specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with production teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies related to tooling management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tooling Specialist or in a similar technical role (2 years+).
• Strong technical skills in tool maintenance, repair, and calibration.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Solid understanding of various tooling types and their applications in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
