Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized social intervention and support to participants in the PIE program. Develop, implement, and monitor individual and family intervention plans. Conduct assessments, home visits, and follow-ups to ensure program effectiveness. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address the holistic needs of beneficiaries. Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports according to program guidelines. Actively engage with community networks and local resources to enhance support systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related social science field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social intervention, preferably with vulnerable populations. Demonstrated knowledge of social protection systems and child/adolescent rights in Chile. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and ethical commitment. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
