Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized social intervention and support to participants in the PIE program.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individual and family intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments, home visits, and follow-ups to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address the holistic needs of beneficiaries.
  • Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports according to program guidelines.
  • Actively engage with community networks and local resources to enhance support systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related social science field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social intervention, preferably with vulnerable populations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social protection systems and child/adolescent rights in Chile.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and ethical commitment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
