Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized social intervention and support to participants in the PIE program.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individual and family intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments, home visits, and follow-ups to ensure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address the holistic needs of beneficiaries.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports according to program guidelines.
- Actively engage with community networks and local resources to enhance support systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related social science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social intervention, preferably with vulnerable populations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social protection systems and child/adolescent rights in Chile.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and ethical commitment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
