Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting laboratory experiments and process development under guidance.
- Learn and apply various bioprocessing techniques relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Support the collection, analysis, and documentation of experimental data.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with senior biotechnologists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Strong enthusiasm for the biopharmaceutical or Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) industry.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols and quickly assimilate new scientific techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- High attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to quality standards.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures and best practices.
