Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees across various departments and levels.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and integrate them.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create specialized content for heavy equipment operations and safety.
- Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venues, resources, and participant communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar executive-level training role (10+ years).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple training projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, training software, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Prior experience in the heavy equipment, construction, agriculture, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
