Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Manage detailed itineraries, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to all travelers.
  • Liaise effectively with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure optimal rates and services.
  • Process and reconcile travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
  • Provide continuous support and assistance to employees before, during, and after their business trips.
  • Maintain records of travel arrangements and associated documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and online booking platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
