The role ensures efficient, compliant, cost-controlled, and secure travel arrangements for staff, while maintaining rigorous follow-up, data accuracy, and proactive risk and safety management.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage all travel requests and visa procedures for employees.
- Review and approve travel requests ensuring compliance with internal Travel Policy.
- Monitor booking activities with partner travel agencies and ensure service quality.
- Ensure proper insurance coverage for all business trips and assist with claim issues.
- Share security instructions and emergency protocols with travelers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of total experience, with 2 years dedicated to travel management.
- Good computer literacy (Word + Excel).
- Flexible to answer emergencies outside of working hours.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
