Job Overview
Abdi İbrahim is seeking a motivated and result-driven Key Account Manager with solid experience in the UAE’s private healthcare market. This role will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with private key accounts, medical centers, pharmacy chains and key distributors, driving growth across portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand relationships with major private key accounts and pharmacy chains.
- Drive commercial performance across the primary, Specialty care and OTC portfolio.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategic business plans.
- Manage commercial agreements, contracts, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent coordination & cross-functional alignment with marketing, supply chain, and medical teams.
- Achieve sales targets, forecast accuracy, and key account KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years UAE pharmaceutical experience (OTC + hospital care required)
- Strong understanding of private sector dynamics in Dubai & Northern Emirates
- Proven track record in Key Account Management and commercial execution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, strategic, and customer-focused
