Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand learner needs and behaviors. Analyze user data to identify key insights and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations. Develop and execute research plans using various methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing). Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Contribute to a user-centered design process for e-learning products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a User Researcher or similar role. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate research findings effectively to diverse audiences. Experience in the e-learning or EdTech industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science).
