Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive value creation initiatives across private equity portfolio companies.
• Identify and prioritize operational improvements and strategic growth opportunities for investments.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio company management teams to implement best practices and drive change.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on value enhancement.
• Provide expert advice on M&A, divestitures, and other strategic transactions to optimize returns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders in the private equity ecosystem.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in private equity, management consulting, or corporate strategy with a focus on value creation.
• Proven track record of successfully driving significant operational and strategic improvements in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented private equity environment.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
