Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales and distribution of products from a company vehicle.
- Identify and approach potential customers and markets to expand sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage inventory within the van.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display at customer locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales route effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Physical stamina to load/unload products and stand for extended periods.
