Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and impeccable service to villa guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Manage all aspects of the guest experience within the villas, from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle all guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements with discretion and efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of villa presentation and ensure amenities are replenished as required.
• Offer local recommendations and ensure guests have access to all resort facilities and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-focus.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards in line with a luxury brand.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, personalized service.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
