Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Provide personalized support and solutions to VIP users regarding their crypto trading and Web3 needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for VIP inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance VIP client engagement and promote OKX’s products and services.
- Monitor VIP client activity and market trends to proactively address potential needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to optimize the VIP experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in VIP client management, account management, or a similar high-touch role, preferably in financial services or crypto.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse high-net-worth individuals.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to client satisfaction and business growth.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is highly desirable.
