Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.

- Implement and manage virtual machine backups, snapshots, and recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware infrastructure.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a VMware Administrator or similar role (5+ years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of virtual networking, storage, and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex virtual infrastructure problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP) are a plus.
