Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans.
• Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through leadership and staff development.

• Advise, guide, and support all employees on HR disciplines and policies.
• Influence and guide the scoping and implementation of organizational restructures.
• Manage the development of action plans for succession, retention, and development of high-potential individuals.

• Excellent communication, advisory, and coaching skills.
