Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and correct delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Process payments and present bills to guests.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work seasonal shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
