Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience by anticipating guest needs.
• Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings.
• Liaise closely with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup and timely service.
• Manage table settings, serve food and beverages with precision, and maintain immaculate presentation.
• Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process guest orders and special requests.
• Contribute to an engaging atmosphere by maintaining an attentive, unobtrusive presence.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
• High School Diploma.
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
• Leadership and team management skills.
