Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
• Actively use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high volume restaurant is preferred.
• Good command of English is essential.
• Additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal skills, are essential.
• Hands-on with a true passion for people and service along with a positive and pleasant attitude.
