Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to service food and beverage according to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat customers, providing professional and personalized service.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
• Actively use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Ideally have a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high volume restaurant.
• Good command of English.
• Skills in guest service and interpersonal communication.
• Passion for people and service with a positive attitude.
