Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon their arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Monitor guest tables to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables.
