Job Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor role at GMG is responsible for end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders from picking to handover to last-mile delivery partners. The role is accountable for order fulfillment performance, SLA adherence, order rejection management, quality compliance (QX), and team leadership, while managing a large warehouse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete e-commerce fulfillment cycle: order allocation, picking, QX (quality check), packing, and handover to last-mile delivery.
  • Ensure all e-commerce orders are fulfilled within defined SLAs and cut-off timelines.
  • Monitor daily order volumes, backlog, and dispatch performance through WMS and operational dashboards.
  • Accountable for order fulfillment rate and order rejection rate; investigate, justify, and report increased rejections with root cause analysis.
  • Manage a team of 20 Warehouse Associates and 4 Team Leaders.
  • Plan shifts and manpower allocation based on order volume and priority.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Mandatory experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations.
  • Prior experience managing large operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with inventory control systems.
