Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehousing procedures and systems.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
