Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Server 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage security updates, patches, and routine system backups.
• Provide technical support and resolution for Windows server-related problems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Windows Administrator or in a similar system administration role.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server technologies and best practices.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team.
