Key Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Administering LAN and WAN networking and troubleshooting related computer network issues.
- Handling IT projects assigned by the Head of Department, preparing project plans and scopes of work.
- Administering and configuring Zoho and Microsoft products.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Hands-on Audio/Visual (A/V) experience.
- Experience in Network support, ITIL, managing ERPs and Genesys Omnichannel.
