Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance of on-site facility management vendors.
• Develop, plan, and oversee facility capital improvement work.
• Coordinate office space and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage cafeteria services and utility bill management.
• Drive sustainability agenda in the Facility in site.
• Manage Stuff Transportation and company fleet.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Mechatronics or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in Service Operations or Integrated Facilities Management.
• Demonstrated Project management and change management skills.
• Experience in managing third-party service providers.
• Leadership capability to create and lead a complex transformation.
