Eligibility Requirements
- Must live, work, or study within Rotary District 6220 boundaries
- Applicants must be located north of Calumet Street in the Appleton area (if applicable)

- Graduate program must begin no earlier than Fall 2026
- All scholarship funds must be used by December 31, 2027
- Rotarians and their children or grandchildren are not eligible
