Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients, adhering to US GAAP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Utilize various accounting software and financial management tools efficiently.
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support junior accounting professionals within client teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead accounting role, with a focus on US companies.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency with leading accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
