Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with various teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents and review them in the relevant financial module.
- Prepare accrual, adjustment, and other month-end closing entries.
- Reconcile sales data with BI reports and SAP systems.
- Compile Claims Receivable Aging Reports and coordinate settlements with brand teams.
- Prepare and circulate weekly and month-end stock provision reports.
- Generate sales and gross margin reports and prepare customer and brand-wise sales summaries.
Requirements
- Able to handle complexity with excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Attention to detail and highly numerate.
- Good communicator with a collaborative style and optimistic attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with prior experience using SAP systems required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
