Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and cash applications.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and initiate collection efforts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and answer inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
