Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the aftersales team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards.

  • Monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and enforce aftersales policies and procedures to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and production teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for aftersales staff to foster professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in aftersales, customer service, or a supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, calmly, and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
