Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the telephone to answer client calls.

• Record and transmit messages accurately.
• Input all client requests or issues using computer tools.
• Follow up on requests or problems to ensure full client satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to follow all chain policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers.
• Must be able to read and visually verify information in various formats.
