Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of labor relations programs and policies.
- Interpret and apply national labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Advise management on labor-related issues, employee relations, and compliance matters.
- Lead and participate in negotiations with labor unions and employee representatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in labor relations, preferably within a large organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Argentine labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in collective bargaining, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex operational environment.
