    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop architectural plans for modular and pre-manufactured buildings.
    • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
    • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
    • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Oversee projects from conceptual design through to completion.
    • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in modular or pre-manufactured construction.
    • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
