Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust safety protocols and manufacturing excellence standards for the Home Care division.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory safety guidelines.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, focusing on safety performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to staff on safety best practices and operational excellence principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate safety and manufacturing excellence into all operational aspects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in safety management and manufacturing excellence, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Strong understanding of local and international safety regulations, quality standards, and ManEx principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address complex operational challenges.
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a diverse team in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
