Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of psychological assessments and interventions under supervision.
  • Support qualified psychologists in various clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Engage in data collection, analysis, and report writing for service improvement.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and clinical supervision.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology recognized by the British Psychological Society (BPS) for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC).
  • A strong understanding of psychological theories, models, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to professional development, ethical practice, and service user-centred care.
