Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on tax, contract, and corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and projects.
• Assist clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and M&A issues.
• Support senior lawyers in complex legal proceedings and advisory tasks.
• Stay updated with changes in Icelandic and international legal regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in tax, contract, or corporate law.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in Icelandic and English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
