    Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced AVP – Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition to lead strategic HR initiatives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This executive role involves overseeing comprehensive workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies for a large, multicultural organization providing in-flight catering and hospitality services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, for a diverse global workforce.
    • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the aviation and hospitality sectors.
    • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure HR strategies support business needs.
    • Implement HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making and measure recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and internal HR policies.

    Requirements

    • Extensive senior-level experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition, preferably within a large, multicultural organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives and programs.
    • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and HR metrics.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and engaging stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of current HR trends, talent acquisition tools, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations governing employment.
