Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) components.
- Conduct technical analysis and simulations for BESS performance and integration.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations for BESS deployment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and power electronics.
- Strong understanding of battery technologies (e.g., lithium-ion, sodium-ion) and their applications.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) for BESS modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.
