Key Responsibilities
- Operate buses safely and punctually on designated routes between Trelleborg and Malmö.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, including assisting with boarding and alighting.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering passenger questions and assisting with fare collection.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle interior for passenger comfort.
Requirements
- Valid D-class driving license and professional driving qualification (YKB) for bus in Sweden.
- Good command of Swedish language, both written and spoken, for communication with passengers and colleagues.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A clean driving record and no criminal record.
