Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and reporting requirements for various finance solutions.
- Develop and implement robust financial reporting solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the timely creation of regular financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies for financial disclosures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software, reporting tools, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic financial services environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
