Key Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data.
• Develop deep knowledge of Tes’s product portfolio and market positioning.
• Forge long-term partnerships with C-level decision-makers.

Requirements

• Proven success in outbound sales, ideally in international markets.
• An understanding of the Independent and International school’s markets and the ability to communicate the benefits of a SaaS solution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency and understanding of the EdTech sector.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
