Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Participate in activities and social events with residents.
