    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate individual case files for beneficiaries, ensuring comprehensive support.
    • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
    • Provide direct psychosocial support and guidance to vulnerable individuals and families.
    • Monitor beneficiary progress and facilitate referrals to specialized services when needed.
    • Collaborate with local community leaders and partner organizations to enhance program reach.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records, preparing regular reports on case management activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in case management, social protection, or humanitarian assistance.
    • Strong understanding of protection principles and working with vulnerable populations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluency in French and Haitian Creole is highly desirable for the Haiti context.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in challenging environments.
