Key Responsibilities
- Handle all payment transactions accurately using Symphony Oracle, ensuring bills are correctly generated, split, adjusted, and settled.
- Greet guests at the cashier desk with professionalism and warmth, offering assistance with any billing-related inquiries.
- Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth communication and timely processing of guest checks.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, following internal controls and cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as end-of-shift reports, cash reconciliation, and audit compliance.
- Manage sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality venue.
- Proficiency in Symphony Oracle or similar POS systems is essential.
- Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm, courteous, and precise under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
