Sunreef Yachts is seeking a Charter Retail Assistant to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves supporting the sales and customer experience for luxury catamarans, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and contributing to the brand’s presence in the luxury marine market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the retail sales process for luxury yacht charters.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships effectively.
• Prepare and process sales documentation and agreements accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote charter services.
• Maintain an organized showroom and presentation of yacht models.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information on yacht specifications and charter options.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, luxury sales, or customer service, preferably within the marine or high-end product industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client interaction.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
