Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support Visioneers’ growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
- Provide expert financial guidance and strategic insights to the executive team and board.
- Manage capital allocation, investment strategies, and ensure optimal financial performance.
- Lead fundraising initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Ensure robust financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar senior financial leadership role for 10+ years.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic financial management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology/media environment is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a strong plus.
