Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all cinema patrons.
- Assist guests with ticketing, concession purchases, and general inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of cinema halls, lobbies, and common areas.
- Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions at various service points.
- Actively promote cinema offerings, special events, and loyalty programs to guests.
