Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client engagements and take ownership of key enterprise accounts.
- Define and drive account strategy, ensuring alignment with customer transformation goals.
- Steer complex sales pursuits for large-scale digital, cloud, and AI initiatives.
- Champion Microsoft technology stacks and collaborate with Microsoft sellers.
- Mentor junior account managers and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive revenue growth targets, renewals, and satisfaction metrics.
- Represent Delphi in industry forums and track and report business metrics.
Requirements
- 8–12 years in sales or account management within IT consulting or Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of selling Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage enterprise clients with value-based consultative techniques.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding modern cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI adoption journeys.
- Must be based in the UAE with deep familiarity with the local business environment.
