    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic client engagements and take ownership of key enterprise accounts.
    • Define and drive account strategy, ensuring alignment with customer transformation goals.
    • Steer complex sales pursuits for large-scale digital, cloud, and AI initiatives.
    • Champion Microsoft technology stacks and collaborate with Microsoft sellers.
    • Mentor junior account managers and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration.
    • Drive revenue growth targets, renewals, and satisfaction metrics.
    • Represent Delphi in industry forums and track and report business metrics.

    Requirements

    • 8–12 years in sales or account management within IT consulting or Microsoft partner ecosystem.
    • Proven track record of selling Microsoft technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage enterprise clients with value-based consultative techniques.
    • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Understanding modern cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI adoption journeys.
    • Must be based in the UAE with deep familiarity with the local business environment.
